How long will I have to wear braces?

Depending on the crowding and bite, treatment usually takes between 18 and 30 months. We can give a better estimate at your initial appointment.
Most people have a few days of discomfort while they adjust to braces. After that pain should be minimal.
Braces or clear aligners can take a few days to get used to. Most people are able to adapt and speak normally after that.
Yes! Everyone needs retainers after braces! Retainers are worn full time for a few months, and then part time after that.
