Nathan C. Springer, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Springer has been delivering high quality orthodontic care to his patients since finishing school in 2010. He earned his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University and his dental degree from the University of California at San Francisco before earning his master’s degree and orthodontic certification from The Ohio State University. He completed a general practice residency (advanced dental training) at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. An esteemed member of the dental community, Dr. Springer’s master’s thesis was published in the AJO-DO. He is an active member in many leading dental and orthodontic organizations, including the:
Away from the office, Dr. Springer has been involved with coaching soccer, the YMCA board of directors, the Dover Rotary Club, and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Dr. Springer and his family moved to Dover in 2010. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and soccer, biking, skiing, reading, and spending time with his wife, Emily, and their three boys.

Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Office Manager
Brooke has been working in the dental field since 2016 and is excited to be serving the community she grew up in. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with her husband, their three children, and extended family, as well as hosting game nights with friends.
Financial Coordinator / Front Office Lead
Julie has been with the office since 2004 and is a valued member of our team. There’s not a hat Julie hasn’t worn since she started and we’re lucky to have her! When not in the office you can find her tending to her many animals and cooking delicious meals for her family and friends — and us! 🙂
Front Office Support
Emily is Dr. Springer's wife, while she may not be in the office every day we are so grateful for her willingness to help whenever needed. Emily is well versed in many different areas of the office. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with their 3 boys, helping our local community through several different organizations and spending time with friends.
Insurance Coordinator
Emily is the insurance coordinator in our office. Her positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever she can, describe her well. She loves hiking, spending time with her family and tending to her plants and animals!
Lead Clinical Assistant
Kerri is our lead assistant in the clinic, she does all she can to ensure everyday operations run as smoothly as possible. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her kids, tending to her garden and creating things with her hands!
Clinical Assistant
Ellie is a key member of our team. She is always coming into work with a positive attitude — and a couple of jokes! In her free time, she enjoys being anywhere warm, and spending time with family and friends.
Clinical Assistant
Isabella is one of our clinical assistants. Her calm yet upbeat demeanor makes her a perfect fit for our team! When Isabella is not at the office you can find her spending time with her family, friends or attending a concert to support her vast music taste!
Registered Dental Hygienist
Chris is one of dental hygienists. She is at our office typically one day a week and helps us by removing braces. In Chris’ free time she enjoys the beach and spending time with her children, grandchildren and attending their many sporting events!

Leslie is a dental hygienist and is in our office one day a week to remove braces, she loves getting to watch patients’ reactions to their new smile! Leslie graduated from West Liberty University and when not in the office you can find her traveling and spending time with family and friends.
